The New Hampshire Constitution

"All power residing originally in, and being derived from, the people, all the magistrates and officers of government are their substitutes and agents, and at all times accountable to them. Government, therefore, should be open, accessible, accountable and responsive...."

We, the People, hold all political power. The Constitutions are the law of the land, and all public servants swear an oath to uphold that law when they take office. Visit the resources page to find a copy of the State Constitution and familiarize yourself with it if you haven't already.

Our Purpose

We seek to teach every man and woman in the nation how to fish for themselves in the political arena. With our support, utilizing the tools that the founders provided to defend your rights, we aim to reassert the common man to their true position of authority and responsibility over the volunteer political class known as politicians and government employees. This relationship is found clearly in every State constitution which is where our strongest bills of rights reside.

Notices and Affidavits

Notices and affidavits are not silver bullets - they require personalization, research, follow-up, and ideally a group of like-minded patriots to be effective. They are, however, a simple and essential tool for the People to reign in tyranny and assert themselves as the originators of government. Scroll to find links to documents we have written and used, as well as other useful information.
